Temps in the low 50s, but sunshine every where. Got to bring out the white legs and only 2 more weeks before I can safely leave the Glow in the dark jacket in the car. Leg was kind of sore in the beginning, but seemed Ok after 12 minutes or so. Felt like I should have been running faster, but baby steps Wendy, Baby steps.

LO - Twilliger - LO
Had to stop once in the early stages of my run to rub out my leg. Seemed to do OK the rest of the time. Less potentially deadly then yeserdays run when I almost go ran over by a lady in LO who was turning left onto a side street (no light) and almost ran me over, and then yelled at me saying she knows the laws and she didn’t have to stop??? She must have her own set of traffic laws, because the pedestrian has the right away.

Wasn’t blazing fast, but wasn’t terrible either. Leg not as bad today. Didn’t need to stop and rub it during the run. Able get in a good second half of the run as well.

At least the sun came out
Not a whole lot faster then yesterday, and the weather was a lot better. Got to dust off the old sunnies and showed off some white skin. Would have been great if it had been faster and with out pain. At least the splits were even.

Quicky workout @ 24hr fitness
Was running a bit late and not really feeling like I wanted to be there, so I did a quicky weight work out. I am thinking I am going to stop doing the leg exercises for a while and see if that helps the leg issues. I have gone down in strenght in the legs and it is painful, so it obviously wouldn’t hurt not doing them.

Slow, rainy but not as painful
Took another day off (yesterday). Was very backed up at work and was going to be in late today. Not really sure if it helped or not, but wasn’t as painful as the run on Tuesday. Slow, wet, breezy, but not as painful.

Well, at least the weather was nice
Took yesterday off from running and had a massage on Sunday, so I was hoping for a better run. That didn’t happen. Leg hurt, the run was slow and the only saving grace is I didn’t pull anything and it didn’t rain.
I was on my feet most of the day again today hanging clothes. My feet hurt during the run, so that didn’t help. I Also got up this morning and worked out, nut I should be used to that by now.
