20 miler in Forest Park

Out: 1:12:39 (7:15 pace) Back: 1:08:39 (6:51 pace) Love the trails although they were mushy in parts. Happy, it has been a while since I have run 20. Gotta get ready for Pittsburgh eventually.

Legs felt really heavy, so I was surprised I was able to break 1:08. I certainly didn’t think I would at the turn around.
