HOT

Well, I woke up with the worst headache, and was not sure how the run would go. Took some aleave and went back to sleep for an hour. Still had a lingering headache, but now that the run is done, I actually feel better.
Was 80 degrees or close to it when I got out there. It is supposed to get up to 87 again today. I was thinking my run was furthure than 13.5, but the mile pace seems about right, so I will go with it.

Hard Run

Had a tough time today, was hoping it was 12 miles, but there was no way I ran 6:39 pace for it. Worked out @ 7:30am and then ran @ 11am. It was hot and hilly. Legs felt dead. But I did run a good 15.5 yesterday.

Time crunch, so I came home after working out and did my Sit Ups, Push Ups and Stretching at home.

Quick Weight Work out

Had limited time before my husband had to meet his friends to run, and since I has my weekly weight work outs kind of off, I figured I had better go this am and run after.

LO - Twilliger - LO

Well, we were out in Lake Oswego gettig my Son’s Passport, so ran something different for a Friday. Started at State Street and A Ave, ran over Twilliger and Back. Approx. 1/2 mile shorter than my Sunday run from LO’s Starbucks.
Hot today in the upper 80s. Ran later then normal as well. Over all a good run.

Warm and Sunny

Well temps are in the upper 70s which makes me happy. It has been really nice for the last 2 weeks which makes me wonder when it is going to start raining. It is Rose Festival here in Portland, and it ALWAYS rains during Rose Festival.
