Better, but not perfect
Felt pretty good after the first couple of miles. Leg is still bothering me, but it doesn’t seem as bad for as long. IT Band seems to be quite a bit better, but my Butt still hurts.
I didn’t run as fast as I thought I wuld coming back, but I was running into a pretty good head wind. I was able to avoid getting rained on so that was a plus. I think the temprature was in the upper 50s.

Easy Run
Weather changed, was windy and grey. Was able to get my run done before the rain which is always a good thing in my book. Legs felt a little beat up after my two massage sessions this weekend, but I am hopeful that the massages will be worth it.

Simply Awful
Well, ran 1:30 SLOWER then last year. Leg hurt the entire time. Felt slow and could not get any leg turn over. Despite that, I did at least win the Masters Division for a pair of free shoes.
