Misty water color memories…
of the way I used to run.
Actually, the run was fine and uneventful. Somedays that equals good. Noticed that my pair of running shoes is really worn down on the left shoe (which is my leg that has been bothering me) It is wierd to see how much different the shoe wear is. The right shoe is hardly worn at all, while the left is pretty much gone in the back outside.

Slow, but at least it was dry
Some how avoided the rain. At 4:05pm, it was looking really dark. At 4:11pm, the rain was coming down in buckets along with hail. At 4:15pm, the wind was blowing really hard along with the rain, and then at 4:26pm, the rain stopped and the sun came out and I got to run with out getting soaked.
