Seriously Frustrating

Supposed to be a XC race. Leg hurt the whole time. It is really hard to run up or down hills when you have no leg lift on the left side.  Got beat by people I have never lost to before and got past by two people who should never be any where near me.  Luckily, I started to feel better in the last part and was able to pass them back, but SERIOUSLY, this issue is starting to get old.
