Finally, a better run
Things seem to feel better, but I will continue to stretch and use the tennis ball and see if I can’t get the pain to go completely away. Have a Chiropractic appointment on Friday, so hopefully that will get my hips in allignment and with the stretching, hopefully they will stay that way.
