Quicky workout @ 24hr fitness

Was running a bit late and not really feeling like I wanted to be there, so I did a quicky weight work out.  I am thinking I am going to stop doing the leg exercises for a while and see if that helps the leg issues. I have gone down in strenght in the legs and it is painful, so it obviously wouldn’t hurt not doing them.

Leg Extensions (3 x 15 @ 25lbs), Hyper Extensions (3 x 12), Calf Raises: Toes In/Out (3 x 12 @ 60lbs), Lat Pull: Behind/Front (2 x 10 @ 90lbs, 1 x 10 @ 75lbs), Hanging Leg Rasies (3 x 30), Tricep Rope: Push/Pull (3 x 15 @ 40lbs), Shoulder Super Sets: Side/Rear/Row (3 x 12 @ 15lbs), Seated Bicep Curls (3 x 15 @ 17.5lbs)
