			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Had a nice fast run with out feeling green. Sun was out, birds were singing, was pretty breezy, but what a nice day. The Sad part was, I ran the same pace per mile today on a training run as I did on Sunday at the race.</p>
<p>Had a tail wind going out so I was surprised to run faster on the way back into the wind. Leg hurt for the first 11 minutes, and had to stop twice, but after that it was pretty good.</p>
<p>Starting to drink more water at work and foam rollering at night. I am hopeful that I will soon turn the corner on this IT Band issue.</p>
