Leg was bothering me more today then yesterday. Not as bad as it has been, but enough to be bothered by it. Have another appointment tomorrow @ the Chiropractors and Massage theripists. I also have an hour appointment scheduled for a massage on Saturday.

Weather was worse, but the run was better
The weather held out to about 4pm. Unfortunately, I don’t run until 4:30pm. Got worse on the way back, but was pretty happy with the run despite the weather.

Slower, Colder, Later
All things I hate. Running slower then I would have liked. Being Colder then it has been and running later then my normal time.
I think work is trying to kill me. Not really, but I have had to be there alot more than I would like. Got a much later start then usual due some to work and a little to the hail/rain storm (cold front) that went through. (didn’t really want to run in it for some reason) It actually stopped so I got out there, but it left colder temps and a nice head wind for the way back.

TGIF and a better run too
After a long week of work, I am so glad it is Friday. Even with an 1 1/2hr appointment, I still ended up with 3 hrs of OT. The run was better, but still not where I want to be, but it is getting better. My Chiroprator started me on this supplement for adrenal gland help. Seems I have been under a lot of Stress for a really long time. So we will see how that goes. Luckily it is not a life time thing.
